This class is primarily theory to understand what you are using, but lets be real, we all want to scuba dive so a free dive is included!
This specialty scuba course is specifically about the intricacies of scuba diving to the maximum recreation limit of 130 feet (40 meters). For the in water session you will use redundant air, see the effects of nitrogen narcosis, and perform mock decompression stops. (This is not a decompression class, for that see Deco 40) Duration is one pool session and two days of open water dives, although advanced class dives can be counted toward this specialty.
